6. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless you notify us in writing and a SOW states otherwise, you grant LVN permission to display deliverables, brand names, and non-confidential results for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.
7. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Fees, payment terms, and deliverables are defined in your SOW. Unless otherwise stated:
Invoices are due upon receipt or according to the timeline listed in the SOW.
Late payments may pause work.
Payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by law or as stated in your SOW.
8. Revisions and Approvals
Revisions, review cycles, and turnaround expectations are defined in your SOW. You are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals. Delays in feedback may delay delivery timelines.
9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
LVN may use third-party tools for file delivery, communication, scheduling, analytics, or publishing. Your use of those tools may be subject to their terms and policies. LVN is not responsible for third-party outages or platform changes.
